1- The accessory I purchased has been damaged. What should I do?

Every part or accessory purchased online and installed by your Park Avenue Audi dealer before the vehicle was delivered to you comes with a 4 year/80 000 km warranty. For every product purchased after that moment, the product comes with a 1 year/ 20 000 km warranty. If the article is faulty or defective, we invite you to come in with your original receipt in hand. The product will be inspected by a certified technician and Park Avenue Audi will honour the warranty.

2- I have received a damaged piece of clothing from the online boutique. What should I do?

For any article that was bought online and exhibits manufacturing defect or flaw upon delivery, please return the article by mail or visit your Park Avenue Audi dealership with your original receipt in hand within the first 30 days following the reception of the package. 

It is extremely important to return the product in its original packaging along with the original receipt. For any article returned by mail, claims will be processed within 5 business days following the reception of the product.

3- I purchased a piece of clothing and the size isn't quite right. What should I do?

If you aren't entirely satisfied with the fit or size of the product and you would like to exchange it for another size, you can return the item by mail(at your expense) or in person with the original packaging and receipt of the product in hand within the first 30 days following the reception of the product. No additional fees for the shipment of the replacement product.

4- How will the refunds be processed?

For any item returned within the first 30 days following the reception of the package, refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. 

5- I would like to cancel my order. What should I Do?

If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, we invite you to give us a call or send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
